HI, I'M DANI.

SO FAR

I started riding horses when I was three years old, and for the last 16 years, I’ve worked in the fitness industry helping women build strength, confidence, and resilience in their bodies and lives. I also spent over a decade competing in the sport of CrossFit at the highest level.  This experience shaped my understanding of human performance, longevity, and what it truly means to build a capable body.

Over the years, I’ve watched many women struggle through perimenopause and beyond: the fatigue, the inflammation, the stress, the bloating, the anxiety, the “I don’t feel like myself anymore” feeling. I’ve also seen how profoundly strength training, nourishment, and supportive habits can change a woman’s entire experience of her body, not just how she looks, but how she functions and feels every single day. In and out of the saddle.

That’s why I created The Equestrian Longevity Collective: to help equestrian women feel strong, capable, and confident in and out of the saddle for decades to come.

Because once horses become part of your life, they stay in your blood.

My passion for this work comes from lived experience. I know what it feels like to be exhausted while “doing everything right,” to feel inflamed, anxious, disconnected, and confused about why nothing seems to work. I’ve also struggled on and off with my mental health for as long as I can remember, and these habits have been the thing that consistently pulls me back to center and helps me stay balanced when a season of life feels heavy.

What finally changed things for me wasn’t another restrictive plan or extreme routine; it was learning how to support my body from the inside out through strength, nourishment, and habits that matched the season of life I was in.

As I rebuilt my foundation, everything shifted: the anxiety softened, the heaviness lifted, my strength returned, and my relationship with myself grew deeper. I still have hard days (we all do), but now I have the tools and habits that bring me back to feeling grounded and capable.

I built The Collective to help women do the same, so they can continue riding, moving, and living with strength and confidence for years to come.
