My personal training sessions are designed to help you feel your best, inside and out. We focus on functional movement that supports longevity, strength you can feel in your daily life, and the kind of confidence that comes from truly trusting your body.

Every session is personalized to your needs, your goals, and your lifestyle. No pressure. No judgment. Just supportive coaching that meets you where you are and lifts you higher.

Training Options:

  • In-person sessions are currently offered locally in Vermont at Champlain Valley CrossFit

  • Remote coaching available via Zoom for flexibility and convenience
